Kumatcha Secret 2 🙇🏻♀️
finally got to try this one and the first thing I noticed was the yellow-green hue with an aroma that honestly reminded me of Ricoa.
🍵 Usucha: vegetal with minimal bitterness towards the end.
🍼 Latte: This is where it gets interesting. The chocolatey notes really came through. It literally gave me Moby childhood snack memories. Pairing it with Califia Pistachio Oatmilk, it made the nuttiness even more prominent.
From their line up, Okumidori 2.0 is my 🥇, then Secret 2 easily takes my 🥈. If you’re into umami-forward, chocolatey, nutty matcha, definitely keep this one on your radar 👀
I really hope Kumatcha restocks this one because I’d happily get it again.

So yeah, just a quick question. Is 1g matcha powder = 10 ml hot water the perfect ratio?
If I have 3g matcha powder, then automatic ba na 30ml hot water ang ilalagay ko sa chawan?
Trying to achieve the microfoaming, let me know your thoughts. I know the w slash zigzag motion is also important to achieve this hehehe...
