Low Clinical hours, very worried.

Hi guys!

I am planning on applying DO. I am applying to 2 MDs in my state, but I align more with the DO principles. I'm going to apply to 20 DO schools when my MCAT score comes back. I have a 3.96 GPA, MCAT I am waiting on my scores (5/9), but my FL average is 509. I have an "X factor" as I got a Fulbright research award. I have a good amount of nonclinical volunteer hours too, if I had to estimate, it would be around 200. I have 100 ish shadowing hours. I also worked in a research lab for a year and a half, year round. However, I have seen online that clinical hours are kind of make or break. I only have around 40 hours of direct patient contact... I volunteered as a caregiver for an end-of-life house. I am very worried that this is going to hurt my application very badly. I will be getting patient contact hours on my Fulbright, but not as the one treating them. Do you guys think I have a chance still?? I am stressing myself out so badly, especially with my MCAT score TBD.
