so i work at multiple stores in my area, and am constantly getting scheduled 40+ hours at my home store. my question is, if i have 40 hours at my home store and 8 hours in another store, do those 8 hours count as OT, or does it count as regular hours since its a different store?
so i’ve been with dominos for only a few months now and have recently started “training” to become a level 1 AM driver/closer (ik i should run but money). i’ve kinda just been thrown into the deep end for most of my dominos experience and becoming a manager has been no different, what are some of the basics and other tips and tricks that could help me? i’ve already run a few shifts “on my own,” i’ve had another AM with me each shift to ensure i have things running smoothly.
my biggest fear is forgetting something at close, i am big on holding myself accountable, making sure im doing it right, and correcting my mistakes. i really just want to make sure im doing everything and doing those things right.
any tips would be appreciated!
