Would you be more successful if you fixed your sleep?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.
It honestly feels like the only thing holding me back right now is my sleep.
When I go to bed late → I wake up late
When I wake up late → I have no energy
No energy → low focus, weak discipline, wasted day
And it becomes a loop.
I’m not even talking about motivation or big goals — just basic execution feels 10x harder when my sleep is off.
Sometimes I genuinely feel like:
If I could just consistently go to sleep on time, I’d be way more productive… maybe even more successful overall.
Curious if anyone else feels the same.
Do you think fixing your sleep would significantly improve your success?

What do you feel is actually holding you back right now?
For example:
• Poor sleep
• Lack of discipline
• Low energy

• Distractions (phone, dumb scrolling)
