What do I even do at this point? I’m shedding like a fucking husky. It got better a few months after multivitamins when it started in August of last year. This is telogen effluvium right? About the corners they’ve been that high since I was born and haven’t shifted since then. Is it worth starting min? I’m deathly afraid of fin.

Additional details;
vit d was at 9 when it started, now is at 20 even after multivits. vitamin b12 was also incredibly low.
