I can’t even sit in the passenger’s seat with my family anymore cause i flinch everytime they shift gear or move their hand or something. One time I was riding with my cousin and flinched so hard when he tried to turn the radio off he asked me what’s wrong and I just pretended nothing happened. It’s made even worse cause I haven’t told anyone and I’d look so stupid explaining that I was with someone who’d beat me for so long.
