I’ve been using the Scarlett for a long time now. About 10 years. I had the 6i6 2nd gen for a long time but it died on me last year and I had someone give me an older 18i8 1st gen that I’ve been using since. It’s not that it’s a bad interface, but it’s just old and I really hate the old Scarlett mix control on the computer. So I think it’s time to retire the Scarlett’s and try out something else. What are some good interfaces that aren’t ridiculously expensive? I’d love to have a top of the line interface but my wallet doesn’t agree with that at this point. So budget friendly but still good quality?
