It’s a great way to support newer wholesalers, and also a chance for all of us to discover new groups and stay sharp. At the end of the day, strong communities are built by people helping each other out!
I've been looking into other marketing channels and am interested in hearing those who have experience in cold texting, did it flop or were you successful? If it's successful, how did you utilize it? If it flopped, what happened?
