Hello!! This is my first ita bag.. I'm confused about this insert.
I really expected the inserts to bse a soft kinda fabric and not some net to stick pins with plastic backing..can some1 help? I bought this in the mall.. The pins hold well but I can't add anymore since my pins won't pin into the insert..
