I filed a grievance for someone with lower seniority being called in instead of me the steward told me today that they did call me all 4 days but I have no phone calls from work or any missed calls for those 4 days I am going to my phone company Monday to get my phone call logs for those days I feel like this is another way to try and get me to quit ontop of many other annoying things like a missing check for 2 weeks now

My coworker and I were hired the same day I was told I have higher seniority then them because I applied first I’m working 2 days a week while they are not on the schedule but they told me they were called in 2 weeks ago to do there review but I wasn’t called in can I grieve this or no?
