Is it just delayed from travel?

Hey guys I’m currently experiencing a lot of anxiety and I’m in need of reassurance urgently. I am in Europe on vacation with my family and my period is currently 4 days late. I very recently started being sexually active (frequently) so having a late period is really stressful. We have used a condom every single time and he has always pulled out before finishing, so I know it’s pretty unlikely. My period is just late though which is weird because I’ve been super regular lately and the last time my cycle was this long was over a year ago. I read online that it could have something to do with the traveling and stress? I travel to Europe quite often and it’s never affected my period tho. I just want to take a test for reassurance but unfortunately I am in the countryside where there isn’t a single pharmacy or store nearby. I’d have to ask my parents for a ride to anywhere, which I most definitely won’t be doing. I won’t be home for another week or so and I’m just praying to get my period soon. I’ve been taking vitamin C and trying stretches that are suggested on TikTok but idk. I’m so stressed that I’m literally considering my options. Please help!

On a rough flight

Hey everyone I’m on a flight from Miami to Madrid right now that’s really bumpy and I’m freaking out. I’ve posted here a few times in the past and overall I’ve progressed immensely with my fear of flying but I don’t know why I find myself so nervous this time around. I flew to the UK in December and there was a really scary patch of turbulence at one point and I think that contributed to my regression a little bit. I was very excited for my flight tonight but it’s insanely turbulent, it’s been 40 straight minutes and I am terrified. Please help
