Many women like myself grow up thinking periods are dirty or embarrassing. But in many ancient cultures, period blood was seen as powerful and sacred. And notice how the society was thriving as they lived off of machiarchy. Some people believed it had strong feminine energy and a deep connection to nature, life, and the moon.

As divine feminine women, we should not hate our periods. Our cycle is a natural part of our body. It shows that our body can renew, heal, and create life. During our period, we can slow down, rest, journal, meditate, and listen to our emotions more deeply.

In some old spiritual practices, period blood was used in fertility rituals, protection rituals, and offerings to the earth. Today, many women see menstruation as a symbol of rebirth, intuition, and feminine power.

Also, noticing your period is important for your health. Changes in color, pain, or cycle can tell you about your body and hormones.

Your period is not something to be ashamed of. It is a part of being connected to your feminine energy and yourself.

Every since I started how to utilise my own holy water, my views on religions have shifted completely. Most religions centered men and belittled women, abnormalize our nature. The way they shamed how we bleed, how we breastfeed our children, how we dress for ourselves, it was never about belief. It’s about WOMB ENVY. Men can’t bleed and have babies biologically, so they shame us for having the ability to create life. Since the whole epst\*in file was released and how men run the world, have you returned to your devine feminine power yet?
