Joined accenture on Feb,2026. I want to know when will I get my first hike and vp payout. I couldn't find it anywhere on my offer letter.

Recently joined USI and onboarded onto a project as ABAP developer, however, the functional team and my manager doesn't seem to care. The manager is simultaneously handling two projects and doesn't priotise mine. The functional gives half baked Design documents and asks me to develop. If I ask any query , they simply ghost me and on calls tells me to take more responsibility.

How the fuck will I develop something if they don't explain the basic functionality? This is causing delay in deliverables and I am really confused how to proceed. Can you suggest how I can navigate this situation without affecting my ratings or without getting into a pip?

I have been offered Consultant at Deloitte USI and Senior Consultant at Deloitte India, same ctc. Which is better to pick at 5 yoe? General hiring, so no idea about projects.

I have been claiming Rs 500 for postpaid connection for my deloitte smartphone, now I want to change from Airtel to Jio and get a new postpaid number.Can I claim Rs 500 on the new number instead of old one?
