Any test or study help you to find answers why you have insomnia?
I did some blood test like cbc , cmp , vit d and vit b12 , cortisol blood test . I did sleep study twice in different places . One of them shows mild apnea the other one no apnea. I ask chatgtp because some doctors are useless and long waiting times. Can you recommend any test that helps you?
