This salad/vinaigrette was really good and I'm usually a steak purist
Salmon Salad with radishes and tomatoes. Then Pork medallions with spinach shallots and pearled couscous. Would have liked more color in the pork medallions.
Found a half chicken for 99¢/lb and mushrooms on qfc manager special $1.24, so I challenged myself to turn it into something that felt more like a French bistro dinner than a budget meal. Ended up feeding my wife and myself for around $5 total.
