Hey everyone — I'm Rusty, an osteopath and trauma-informed practitioner based in Australia.
I'm in the early stages of developing a structured, evidence-based education program specifically around anal sex and bottoming — and before I build anything, I want to hear directly from the people it's actually for.
I've put together a short anonymous survey (8–10 mins) covering:
- What you already know — and what's still genuinely unclear
- Topics you want properly covered (anatomy, prep, pelvic floor, pain, nerves, communication — whatever matters to you)
- What's gotten in the way of finding good info
- What format and depth would actually work for you
No agenda here other than building something that's actually useful.
Reddit has always been one of the more honest places to talk about this stuff, and is exactly the kind of community I want input from — people who've asked the real questions and know what good (and bad) information looks like.
If you've ever wished there was a clear, practical, judgment-free resource on this — this is a genuine chance to shape what that looks like.
Fully anonymous. Open to all LGBTQIA+ people 18+. Takes about 8–10 minutes.
Happy to answer any questions in the comments — and if you know someone who'd have useful input, feel free to share.
