I’ve been with FedEx for eight months now, and in that time I’ve trained 10 people.

I’m not a manager, and I don’t get paid like one. I might be too lazy to look up if I was required to train new hires under some agreement I signed, but I’m wondering if yall are out here training all of your new hires? (When you’re not the manager)

And yes, it’s been mostly hell. Weirdos.
