I'm trying to identify a movie I watched on a Hindi-dubbed DVD around 2016 (the movie could be older).

Here's everything I remember:

\- The story is about parallel universes or a multiverse.

\- The main character keeps traveling to different universes, possibly only after a serious accident or near-death experience.

\- In every universe, he meets the same woman. She has a different life, wears different clothes, and doesn't recognize him, but the hero always recognizes her.

\- The hero appears to remember his experiences from previous universes.

\- I'm not sure whether the hero has superpowers or is a superhero.

The most memorable scene:

\- The hero is in a boat with 2 or 3 people whom he had helped earlier.

\- They are escaping from enemies.
