Has anyone got their certificate issued from University of Madras in DIGILOCKER?
I have tried contacting the University of Madras, but they aren't uploading my certificate on DIGILocker, and since I did distance education, they aren't cooperating, providing an email that they will respond to the APS. I'm extremely stressed, if anyone please has any information or know a way to get the University of Madras documents issued from Digilocker, or how I can convince the university to respond to the email?
