Has anyone here actually used it for managing properties or worked with a company that uses it?

I'm particularly interested in:

How reliable is the software day-to-day?

How is the tenant/owner experience?

How good is the maintenance/work-order management?

Any issues with reporting, accounting, or integrations?

How does it compare with AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, etc.?

I'd prefer feedback from people who have actually used it positive or negative.
