I want a good college for btech cse under 10 lakhs

What to do I have 2 options

Take a nearby good college ( my family is very much inclined to)

Should go for a drop for cuet or other college exams ( I am thinking of it )

Help me guys

I am really confused which college to take adm for btech cse

I have seen many colleges stuck at jecrc but for me total 4 yrs fees is 13 lakh + not affordable for me
