Hi!
My cat has an EU passport and all his vaccines and health certificate in order. I’m currently in Azerbaijan but I urgently need to go to Spain and I can’t leave my pet behind. None of the family members want to keep him and I’m getting super desperate!!
My question is will I get checked for titre test at the arrival in Spain? What has been your experience arriving to any EU country from “non listed” country.
