Anxiety Attacks. - Question.
I had an Anxiety attack for the first time in my life a month ago (it lasted for about 4 minutes). I am currently healing from it, but I do want to ask Reddit.
It is normal to see blurred faces (almost distorted-ish televion-ish with just static lines-ish). My brain processed this as a major danger and I currently want outside views.
I was in a hallway sitting there when it happened, and when I looked up; I saw the person with a water bottle with the description I gave.
Thank you!
