Image 1 — Help: We moved into a house with a Crepe Myrtle. It was built 15 years ago so I’m assuming it hasn’t got a lot of attention. It pretty big and don’t want the roots to cracking the concrete. Any suggestions on how to prune it?

I would like to trim/prune the tree but haven’t done it before. Looked up a few videos but not of this size. Is this something I could do myself? The tree provides shade to our house but would like to trim it down a bit. It looks to be 25-30 ft tall. Thank you

I’ve always been passionate about finance and the markets so I have a good understanding of the economy, stock market, money, financial acumen. I’m very good with interacting with people also. I’ve been a chef my whole life but there are a lot of skills I can carry over to the finance/banking sector I believe. My goal would be to land a financial representative position and move up from there hopefully. There are some local credit union’s that are hiring. I have a wife and kid and bills so starting pay would be an issue. I’m assuming starting pay isn’t that great until I can move up and apply to open positions. Is there anyone that has had a similar career path? Or just starting out? It would be great to hear some insight and pay. Thank you
