i finally made myself go to a doctor appointment i’d been putting off for months
nothing serious, i just kept avoiding it because i hate making appointments and always convince myself “it can wait another week.” but i actually went today instead of canceling last minute and i’m weirdly proud of myself for it
trying to be better about taking care of my body instead of ignoring stuff and hoping it magically goes away lol
