If I am eligible for the delhi obc(my caste is in Delhi State OBC list ,not in central ) , but it's not made right now so I can make it before May or June right if I want to use it in JAC counselling.....
It's not required for Jee registration right ,there I have to fill in as general candidate and later fill obc in JAC counselling

Ok so my caste in mentioned in the official OBC NCL caste list (state list,delhi, not central ). But it require me to be a resident permanent resident of Delhi for Jac counselling if I want to get a Delhi State OBC certificate so giving the proof that my family reside in Delhi before the 1993 is enough for me to qualify Delhi resident and on that basis I can get one right...
Because some places are showing that they might ask for the lineage but we only have records till my grandfather like his documents or his Aadhar Card and all and my grandfather and father are living in Delhi before 1993...

Okay so I want a tech branch but I am like general and having cw defence quota priority 6 and seen that lot of priority one to five candidate fill up the seats
I just wanted to know that if I am like rank of around 30 to 40000, probably 30000 then can I get a seat at DTU with Delhi quota and cw 6 if not in CSE or CSD then in IT or SE
