Constant earworms/music in head on Lexapro (10mg)?

For the past like 3 weeks I’ve had nonstop music playing in my head from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep. It’s not even anxious thoughts or rumination anymore, it’s literally just random songs looping all day long. At first I didn’t think much of it, but now I’m wondering if it could be related to Lexapro? I’m currently on 10mg and also take 300mg gabapentin. Has anyone else experienced this on Lexapro or anxiety meds? Did it eventually go away? It’s starting to get really annoying and mentally exhausting. Someone please help me lol!! I see my psychiatrist today and I will like to mention this to her but scared she will switch my medications. Is this normal? WOULD appreciate hearing other people’s experiences.

Switched from hydroxyzine 25mg to gabapentin 100mg big difference + dosing question I recently switched from hydroxyzine 25mg to gabapentin 100mg for anxiety, and honestly it’s been a huge improvement for me. I feel a lot calmer without that heavy, drowsy feeling hydroxyzine gave me. My prescription says: “take 1–2 capsules by mouth up to 3 times daily as needed,” and I’m a little confused on how people actually take it. Do you usually stick to 1 capsule per dose, or go up to 2? Has anyone taken the full 2 capsules, 3x/day (so 6 total), and how did that feel? Also curious how gabapentin has worked for you long-term for anxiety.

Would love to hear your experiences!
