AI clumping around cities
Here you can see Skrag (strength rank 1) has decided that Akendorf was the crown jewel of ogrekind. I'm wondering what's causing this and how do you fix it. I tried a mod but it did nothing.
In this game Karaz a karak and the western provinces were doing something similar altough much less extreme.
