I've never had the greater demon stack appear so early

Playing oxy and got vision of the old ones raiders.

I've seen these weird ass greater demon stacks for raiders; yet never once have I seen it happen before turn 50ish. Especially weird that it's nurgle since the stack is always slaanesh.

I don't have the blowpipe yet bc I havent felt the need for it, but this is the exact thing it was made for. Spending 5 hours waiting for a cooldown to refresh while my oracle is chased around the map by 8 soul grinders.

Is Immortal Empire harder than previous games' open campaigns or I just suck?

So I have WH1 and 2 and I painted the entire map in both in open campaigns as the Empire and recently I finally got to WH3 immortal empires and I get my ass handed to me on normal difficulty and I can't understand why.

It's just the destruction factions seems to be doing overwhelmingly better than the order ones and I end up surrounded and outnumbered pretty fast. The other Empire factons are absolutely impotent and yet refuse to cooperate, I even tried sending aid using the machinachions mechanic - all in vain, they just keep losing which affects me personally because of the authority debuffs.

I'm not giving up, I might eventually pull it off but it's so much harder than before, especially WH2 where high elves just dominated half of the map before I even met them and I'm wondering if everyone is experiencing the same thing or I just got rusty.

Custom Factions please 💔

Brothers and Sisters in arms. I play Warhammer 3, and my favourite faction is Tzeentch, Kairos. Problem? I simply cannot deal with the lack of magic from most other lords. The closest one who comes to Kairos here is Teclis as a Lord, and Lord Kroak as a hero, but I dislike their factions.

(Also I F*cking hate Teclis' starting position, Kairos ist an annoying piece of work indeed lmao)

So, simple question. I desire to play custom Factions with heavy focus on Spellcasting, or that at least have a very strong spellcaster legendary lord. I already have played like 30, but am left dissatisfied. Any suggestions?

Somehow got two modded Lords that reduce Changing of Ways cooldown and -10% reduced costs by confederating kairos and the cult building that reduces Changing of Ways costs by 80% meant i coudl spam rebellions.

In my Dechala campaign, while I was busy bringing the glory of Slaanesh to the entirety of Cathay, I noticed this interesting army Zhao Ming's buddy brought in to fight me... Times get a little tough, and bro gets all buddy buddy with Tzeentch! I don't think Zhao would approve!

Tiger Lord Sawai, Ind and Indian Influence questions!

Honestly most hyped for my guy, Sawai, and the Iron Claw Tiger Warriors coming tomorrow!

Something I was curious about, and haven’t seen much discussed, is the Indian influence for this Lord, some of these units, and what it means more broadly for other Ind inclusions, or Indian-subcontinent influences on the Tigermen or other potential factions (for instance a full Ind faction pack).

I immediately assumed “Sawai” was Indian-influenced, and a quick search confirmed my suspicions:

“Sawai (Indian Title):
Sawai is a title of honor used in the Indian subcontinent, primarily associated with the Rajput rulers of Rajasthan.
Meaning: Rooted in Sanskrit, it translates to "one and a quarter" (one's value being 1.25 times that of an average man in strength or intelligence).”

This is a very cool historical/culture reference, and p(urrrr)erfectly befitting a Warrior Lord of the Tigermen.

So I’m curious for the thoughts/opinions of anyone of Indian-origin, and what further influence you’d like to see if we ever got more units/a full faction for Ind proper.

Animations of death from fire, cold and acid could exist in the game because such kinds of damages exist. What other such animations could be?

Battle for Middle Earth had animations of death by fire.

Blood dlc could include such animations.

I suppose CA will not do it now, but maybe in another games. Especially Warh 40k.

So let's discuss ideas based on the game we have now. What other damages exist and could have spectacular death effects?
