✅Qualifications:
With BPO Telco or Telco Sales experience, OR
At least 2+ years experience as BPO Operations Supervisor / Team Leader

🧾 Job Role
Handle and supervise customer service operations (calls, chat, email)
Resolve customer issues (simple to complex)
Lead and support a team of agents
Ensure smooth daily operations and performance targets
