Hi all AURA 3 backers,

We wanted to give everyone a quick update on what happened this morning.

Unfortunately, our Kickstarter account was hacked, and someone launched the AURA 3 campaign without our authorization or any notice to our team.

As soon as we found out, we immediately tried to reverse it. Unfortunately, because of limitations on Kickstarter, there was no way for us to undo the launch. The only option we had for now was to cancel the campaign.

To be clear, AURA 3 itself is NOT cancelled. We’re already working with Kickstarter to get everything sorted out and resume the campaign as soon as possible.

Your deposit and participation in the campaign will not be affected by this.

We’re really sorry for all the confusion this caused, especially for everyone who suddenly received notifications about the campaign launching and then being cancelled. We’ll share another update as soon as we have more information.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support of AURA 3.

Hi all,

We're excited to launch a new series where the XGIMI team answers your Elfin Flip Series questions directly in video form!

Curious about the Elfin Flip series or wondering which model is right for you? Whether you have questions about setup, features, picture quality, or anything else related to the Elfin Flip Series, drop your questions under the official AMA post on r/xgimitech.

We'll be collecting questions from Jul 20 through Aug 14, then answering some of them in short videos.

Whether you're already an Elfin Flip owner, thinking about getting one, or simply curious about the series, we'd love to hear what's on your mind.

Looking forward to reading your comments!
