Advice on how to split expenses?
Me (27F) and my boyfriend (27M) have started living together we have been together 2 years and we've both agreed that we don't want a shared bank account yet. How do you guys handle splitting expenses like groceries, eating out, trips, and household stuff? We're thinking about doing everything 50/50, taking turns paying, or splitting certain expenses. I also make more than my bf, so we're trying to figure out what would be the fairest way to handle things. How do you guys keep track of who has paid for what?
tldr: what is the best way to split/manage expenses for a couple excluding a making a joint account.
