Trying to quit in 2-3 weeks and use almost 60 hours of PTO. HELP

I want to quit my job and want to know what steps to take from now, until my PTO runs out, on how to do it.

Here is my PTO breakdown

12 hours of VTO (Volunteer time off)
31 hours of Sick leave
17+ hours of regular PTO (gaining 3 hours PTO this week)

My supervisor said they only need a weeks notice for doctors appointments and I believe sick leave request which I want to use.

Then the second week which, I will have to request by tomorrow, I want to use my VTO and rest of PTO. I work 40 hours standard.

Is this a good plan? How else could I use my sick PTO? I am close with a couple of co-workers and if I even tell my supervisors I want to quit in 2 weeks, word will spread a lot and I want to leave quietly despite my office being small and work getting around fast.

What do you suggest for 2 weeks notice?

Do I have to go back to school to get a job after being out of the CS industry for almost 2 years?

I am almost 2 years post grad (Fall 2024) with a CS Degree. I did some unpaid projects/internships since then, but nothing strong enough to get an actual industry job. I have had several interviews for engineering and computer science positions and I have applying in every industry, but have been majorly applying in software engineering/development and data analytics roles.

I am really open to any industry role in tech/engineering, even though I have my preferences but I don’t want to be picky considering I do not have any industry job yet. Right now I work in QA in the construction industry. I have been working grocery store jobs and warehouse jobs in between as well. I am at the point where I am now a more serious position for this current job and quitting with no backup plan seems silly even if it is not my passion at all. I am working on a couple of CompTIA certs as well just to have something.

I have been thinking about going to school but I would have to quit my job for sure to do so and lose steady income even if I am not passionate about the work.

If I don’t have to go back to school, at this point, what can I do to improve my background to get a job in this industry if there is still hope? Is higher education necessary for me to at least get an internship and improve my network?

TLDR: graduated almost 2 years ago with no job and working in a non CS related fields since. Not sure if I can still get a CS job or if I have to go back to school to even have a shot.

Is it still worth trying to go to Lollapalooza?

I did some searching around yesterday about what it would look like for me to still attend Lollapalooza at this time. I wanted to see if the price is worth it for some who would be going by myself. I am more 50/50 on going, and price wise from what I searched, it is a little bit over what I would like to spend.

I plan to take a bus or train to Chicago for about $350

The hotel would be for $1630 for 4 nights. It is around 10 miles away and the route if I took public transportation to grant park would include some bus routes, orange line, and another bus for about an hour. The hotel is 25-30 minutes by car.

And in the Lollapalooza ticket exchange the cheapest GA ticket is about $744.

I know because I am planning on going now everything is super expensive, but would it be worth going for $2,724 by myself at this point?
Are there any other places to look for cheaper prices?

Appreciate the feedback.
