I'm going to an Indian Wedding this weekend (Sat-Mon) and I have IBS. What can I eat or do I just not eat for 3 days? 😭
Obviously a slight exaggeration since I can't physically not eat for 3 days, but my fiance is in this wedding (groomsman) so I have to attend. What can I eat or am I stuck eating naan for 3 days?
I generally avoid heavily spiced/spicy foods bc I end up on the toilet for hours but they have to have something to accommodate right? Please tell me there's hope.
