I’ve recently been diagnosed with IBS-|D. After being constipated all day yesterday, I woke up in the middle of the night having to go. The first stool was hard, followed by a “regular” looking stool and then by a lot of brown to yellow diarrhea with some mucous. I haven’t had a flare up in a while and this feels like a huge step backwards. Anyone deal with anything similar/tips to keep things moving in the future?
