Visual sound effects and band total score don't work/appear correctly

Cause: Unknown, just happened one morning and won't revert no matter what. Haven't tried a complete pc reset yet but avoiding that.
Symptoms: As show in the screenshot for fortnite festival the total band score clips off the screen no matter the resolution I put it in, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and graphic drivers using DDU. Deleting the %localappdata% folder for fortnite, resetting all graphic settings in game after reinstalling to default and nothing has worked to fix it.
Meanwhile for visual sound effects it simply doesn't show up even when on and in a match, as if it's disabled only "Momentarily" flickering with a footstep or gunshot every now and then and then going back to being non-existent. Any fixes or suggestions?
