Continental AllSeasonContact 2 after ~6000 km. Does this look like the normal wear?
The car is MINI Countryman D (U25 chassis).
The front tires (photo 1 and 2) seem to develop some excessive deterioration on the edges, to the point that they look like the rubber is peeling off. Or is this normal? Photo 3 is the rear tire for comparison.
I’m keeping the cold pressure according to the B-pillar shield values (2.4 bar front, 2.2 rear) or slightly above, depending on the temperature and the duration of the drive - so if any inconsistency occurred, I would expect more wear in the middle instead. Out of these 6k km, roughly 45% were highways, 50% city, and maybe 5% country roads.
