I have a personal gripe with the distancing in the manga
I specifically have an issue with the recent ending sequence between Isagi and Hugo
To start, Loki and Hiroi are right outside the penalty arc, so they should be around 22-23 yards away from the goal. (for the image, refer to the white lines at the bottom, it's kinda hard to see, but Loki's back foot is on the penalty arc)
Then Hiori passes into the penalty area. Notice the distance from the goal
Isagi then sets up a shot at the top of the penalty area right before the arc, so he should technically be about ~18 yards away from the goal. He moved only 3-4 yards vertically away from Hiori and Loki. Again, look at the distance shown from the goal
Now, Isagi beats Hugo and goes to shoot the ball. Look how much different the goal is from the previous panels. It looks like they teleported into the Goal area ( 6 yards away from the goal), but they should technically still be about 18 yards away.
For reference, they didn't move; they're still right at the top of the penalty area so they should be about 18 yards away.
Then Rin interferes, and we get another zoomed-in view that makes it seem once again that they're right in front of the goal area. Shooting it right in front of the goalie
I get this is a tiny complaint and not really anything big, but I've gotten into arguments with people who say it wouldn't make sense for Loki to block this based on the distance and time, but from where he shot it to where Loki was is only a 4-yard difference.
