Am i the only one who thinks sunny should have let the shadow god lineage win over weaver lineage
If nephis had been expressive from the start, rather than a brickwall and a autistic blowtorch, would you have liked it more?
How Sunny and We got jumpscared by his Transformation ability(Mad Prince and SoS Trauma)
Fiend's biggest headache in the domain war
Since I'm new to video editing stuff the quality of editing is a bit unsatisfactory. Yall know any free editing software(no need to be completely free) that I can use? I'm currently using Inshot.
nephis chose death instead of ordering sunny In the 3rd nightmare
maybe im slow but i just noticed something about the 3rd nightmare, when the gang got corrupted sunny’s shadow bond was still in effect evidenced by kai enslaving him, so nephis could have ordered sunny to help her fight the others (I don’t think the rest of them could kill sunny and neph working together) but even at the cost of her life she didn’t order sunny and chose death instead, the only three times she ordered sunny it was to save his life, and that’s why she is the goat
Sunny's subconscious battle during his first meeting with Kai
Any ideas on what the nameless guys name is?
I need this answer more than any other lore drops that G3 is giving us. Tell meeeeeeeeeerr
Cassie already knows who is gonna win
The first one is already buried with the Dreamers of Forgotten Shore!
Kudos to my good friend u/AggravatingPoet2101 for this amazing drawing.
(Reuploaded because I'm dumb and I don't know how to post images)
Edit: damn.... You made me dirty Cassie, how can I defend you now against the slander?? Now you only made it well deserved.
Sunny defeating 13 Saints was the worst thing to happen to Shadow Slave, really
This is the most egregious consequence of what I want to address in this post—Divine Aspect wielders being ridiculously stronger than everyone else.
Yes, Saint Sunny defeating 13 elite Saints, who were chosen for their ability to counter him, at half of his strength, while unable to use his strongest abilities, was cool to read.
But it completely destroyed the relevance that Transcendents had in the rest of the story. Why should I care for a Saint, when Saint Sunny could defeat 13 of them while he was nerfed?
Mordret's performance in the battle for True Bastion was similarly horrible. Mordret, without any of his Supreme Reflections, defeating a cohort of the strongest non-divine Saints—Jet, Morgan, Effie, Kai, and others—repeatedly for hundreds of times made them all look extremely bad. Ironically, Nephis defeating 7 Saints did the least damage to the Transcendent rank since it was done off-screen.
What could've been done?
It would've been much better if the Divine trio were only 3-4 times stronger than elite Saints that didn't have Divine Aspects. This means Saint Sunny being able to defeat a few top-tier Saints—like Morgan, Kai, Jet—only when using all of his power—including all of his incarnations, Shadows, etc. And it should still not be easy.
This could've been done by making the others stronger, or by nerfing the Divine trio to not make them that much stronger.
Things you dislike that happened as a result of this issue.
In volume 10 and after, G3 realized that he couldn't really make Saints completely irrelevant and still tried to include them, even though they should be completely outclassed by anything that gives Supreme Sunny even the slightest bit of trouble.
For example, Kai contributing even a little bit against Cursed Ones should not have been possible in Ariel's Game. It doesn't matter what kind of excuses were used—it's just something that shouldn't be possible.
Jet outperforming Supreme Slayer against the Dutchmann in Eternal City should similarly not have been possible at all. Transcendent Slayer pushed Saint Sunny—who was as strong as he would be with all his incarnations due to the buff from the Shadow Realm—to an extreme diff fight. Now, you're telling me Supreme Slayer is outperformed by Jet? No amount of countering should have been able to make up for such a ridiculous gap in power.
And now for the worst one yet—Azarax should've absolutely slaughtered the Fourth Nightmare challengers. Them dealing even a scratch to Azarax should not be possible with all we know. It's immersion-breaking levels of impossible. This is evident in how most chapters that had to do with the Fourth Nightmare were filled with different excuses trying to justify this.
On the other hand, this would not have been as preposterous if the non-divine Saints were stronger than they are. We already saw Saint Sunny and Nephis battle Domainless Anvil and Song; even if they were losing, one of them holding a Supreme back in the Fourth Nightmare cohort's circumstances would have been a little more believable. If a member of the Divine trio was 3-4 times as strong as an elite Saint, 6 elite Saints performing like this would not have been as bad—it might have been acceptable, even.
Do you agree with my rant?

Summary slave at it again [Chapter 3082]
> After a stronghold was cleared, Saint stopped to rest and mend her wounds. These were the only times Sunny and Nephis regained their human forms, using the short moment of respite to recover from the burdens of the perilous journey. They chatted, enjoyed some food — anything that could be prepared without a fire — and took turns sleeping. Nephis was still unable to see anything, so Sunny had to guide her carefully, as if she were a blind person.
> That, too, reminded him of the Forgotten Shore.
> Those times felt so far away now...
> Just like that, days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months.
G3, say you swear to god. SAY YOU SWEAR TO GOD. Couldnt even spare us a single sunphis cutesy interaction on-screen after [Fated] return!? We've been starving for like ages atp, I'm genuinely starting to lose hope😭✌️💔.
The end of the Shadow Slave novel...
I’ve found myself thinking about the ending of the *Shadow Slave* novel lately... I feel a bit strange and sad about it. We’re already nearing chapter 100 of Volume 12, which leaves us with a maximum of 500 chapters left. Does anyone else feel this way, or are you taking it in stride?
