I hate Shadow Dance.

I've always hated protagonists who have copy or steal powers, where they steal or copy other people's abilities, or protagonists who possess too many powers—for instance, a mage who can use all elements.

Generally speaking, Shadow Dance has become something completely ridiculous to me now. Why didn't the author just make Sunny skilled in shadow abilities alone? His ability to imitate and copy all abilities is extremely annoying. This means that from now on, we'll see him using flames, darkness, water, ice, space, and every element without focusing on his main element, shadows.

On top of that, I love designing my own Aspects, imagining their abilities, and coming up with scenarios for characters who possess them in Shadow Slave. But now, whenever I design an Aspect, I feel annoyed by the thought: What's the point if the MC is just going to come along, copy its abilities, and make this Aspect look like nothing special? Man, I really wish Sunny didn't have this ridiculous legacy.

I hate system novels

Years ago, I used to read them, but step by step, I started losing interest. Honestly, I don't know how to describe it, but why don't they give him a lineage, a bloodline, or a magic artifact? I could accept that. But having a magic system without any explanation is completely boring. What's even more boring is that the protagonist with a system is either equal to his peers who don't have one—or he becomes the strongest person in the world within months.

When I occasionally started imagining myself in the protagonist's shoes, or as one of the novel's characters, or a character I created for myself inside the novel while trying to make the world as logical and realistic as possible, I realized something: I won't be able to create a logical and realistic world with the presence of a stupid system that gives rewards for everything—ding! The protagonist's first fart in the new world, reward: the skill of the strongest man in the world!

Man, please, authors, write something without a system! Every month, I barely find a single novel without a system to read. And in case an author gets influenced by my words and decides not to include a system, please don't create a harem either—I hate it as much as I hate systems.

Obtaining a Memory from killing Mordret

I’m writing my own fanfic, and in short, my character is going to kill Mordret—when he was an Awakened with seven cores—and get a Memory from him.

I want this Memory to be soul-bound and not a weapon, but I lack the imagination to come up with one. Do you guys have any ideas?

Recommend me web novels with these specifications

Alright, in short:

  • No Harem: I hate harem, though romance with a single female lead is totally fine.
  • No System: Most importantly, absolutely NO System novels!
  • No Chinese Novels: Before you say anything, I’m not racist, but I've read dozens of Chinese web novels and I'm completely burned out on them.

Also, I love transmigration and regression novels, but an original MC is fine too. Right now, I’m really craving a novel about someone transmigrating as an academy professor, similar to Vanitas Asteria from Professor at the Academy by Ethix

In your opinion, what is Rain's Transcendent Transformation, and what would her Domain consist of? Also, if she had an Aspect Legacy—assuming she was connected to the Nightmare Spell—what would it be? And what would her Innate Ability be if she actually got one? Tell me, what else would you like to

Is this the second or third skeleton to possess three eyes? The first is thegodgrave, and the second is this one; but is the third the skeleton located beneath the Barrow Hills?

Broken Sword is the villain of humanity, not its hero.

Why did Sunny keep praising Broken Sword in the last chapter as if he had sacrificed his life to save humanity?

Why didn't he mention that Broken Sword intended to challenge the Fifth Nightmare, which would lead to the destruction of humanity—either through the increase of Nightmare Gates or by losing himself and destroying humanity?

Why didn't he mention that he took no measures to make people forget him so they wouldn't start worshipping him after the Fourth Nightmare, which would accelerate the awakening of the Forgotten God? Where are Broken Sword's achievements? Sure, he was the first to pass the Third and Fourth Nightmares, but he wasn't alone; Ki Song, Anvil, and Asterion all achieved this feat too.

Honestly, Broken Sword is just a fraud, a terrible, neglectful father who abandoned his daughter, and a man who wanted to destroy humanity just because he thought a Ascended woman could survive for years inside the Fifth Nightmare—which even the Sovereigns themselves are terrified of challenging.

I mean, think about it: he wasn't someone who wanted to save humanity but was betrayed and killed. No, he was someone who didn't care about humanity in the first place, and if he had achieved what he wanted, humanity's fate would have been death. Honestly, screw you, Broken Sword, and I'm extremely glad you're dead. I even think G3 kept you dead because he couldn't invent some bullshit to make your motives pure and logical.

Is that you, G3 ?

There are hundreds of Shadow Slave fanfictions on the Webnovel website, and inside each one of these novels, there are dozens of chapters. Combining them all, there are thousands of fanfiction chapters. And do you know what all these chapters have in common? It’s a Webnovel user named karr_knight. He comments on every single chapter in existence. Do you think I'm joking? Try opening any novel, pick a random chapter, and look at the comments—he will be there among the comments, either saying hello or dropping a meme.

Man, at first, it caught my interest, but now? I’m genuinely terrified of this person. Somehow, he is always the first one to comment on the latest chapter in every single novel. He has never said a bad word, never criticized any novel. He reads them all, and somehow, no matter how bad the fanfiction is, he will read it, drop a meme, and leave.

Wasted potential by lost from brain

I feel like there is so much wasted potential that we lost with the destruction of the Eternal City and Sunny's neglect of Ariel’s Game.

1. The Eternal City

The Eternal City contained immortal Third Nightmare Seeds, allowing an individual or a cohort to challenge them infinitely until they succeeded, after which Sunny could weave their shadows back. This means we lost dozens of potential Saints!

The Storm God's Lineage: We lost the Lighthouse that grants the Storm God's lineage. This part infuriates me deeply! I’m sure there are people out there with abilities to determine whether someone would survive obtaining the lineage or not. Just imagine thousands of people getting the Storm God's lineage.

The Chain Breaker's Repair Station: There was a facility capable of repairing the Chain Breaker (Night Garden ship) that had the ability to pump massive amounts of essence. All they had to do was study how it worked, and they would have gotten something incredibly amazing.

Unexplored Lore & Secrets: The fools didn't even explore the Eternal City completely. We never learned what else was inside, and we missed out on potential museums. I'm certain there were more exciting things hidden there, not to mention the city itself. It was a magnificent city, and if it hadn't been destroyed, it could have been the seat of a potential Great Clan. Tsk tsk, all that potential completely wasted.

------------------------------------------

2. Ariel’s Game (The Game of Death)

There was something absolutely amazing about this game, which is its ability to grant Attribute. Oh my god, if only it was used wisely! All they had to do was have Sunny return with Nephis and one of his powerful shadows—maybe Nightmare—clear it out completely, and then find a way to place Great Monsters inside it.

By doing this, you could replay the game, collect the pieces, and earn the 'Mark of Ash' trait. Perhaps if someone sacrificed more than three pieces, they would get an upgraded version of the Mark of Ash—similar to how the Mark of Divinity evolves—gaining immense immunity to fire.

The Mark of Ice: Afterward, they could refill the game with monsters, enter as representatives of the Ice Domain, and sacrifice pieces to get the 'Mark of Ice' (or its upgraded version, depending on how many pieces they sacrificed). Brother, do you understand the potential here? This means gaining immunity to both fire and cold—and not just immunity, but an actual buff whenever they are in hot or cold regions!

--------------------------------------------------

3. The Dollhouse

Then there is the Dollhouse that Sunny, the idiot, smashed. You absolute moron! These are artifacts capable of sealing Cursed creatures inside them, and you went ahead and shattered it like it was scrap metal!

A Weapon for the Fourth Nightmare: If Ki Song and Seishan could figure out how to use it, why couldn't you learn how to use it too? Every time I remember the scene of him breaking it, I want to pull my hair out in frustration. If anyone had taken the Dollhouse with them into a Nightmare, they would be invincible; any monster standing in their way could just be captured and stored. At the very least, I'm sure it would have been incredibly useful for the cohort when they challenge the Fourth Nightmare and have to face terrifyingly powerful creatures. It was an artifact made by the Daemon of Dread, for god's sake!

---------------------------------------------

"I'm sorry if there are any typos or grammatical mistakes. English is not my native language, and I used AI to translate, but I feel like it made more mistakes than it actually corrected."

Oh my god, so many of you are saying there are no other Seeds, but the Nightwalker himself said there are other Seeds in chapter 2658:

'At some point, I found a Seed of Nightmare. There's a few here, in the Eternal City,'

I lost a lot of my hatred for Cassie because of these pictures.

I don't know who designed these images; I took them from Pinterest.

[Spoilers AGOT], "What if all the throne claimants were killed?"

"What would happen if, in the same week following King Robert Baratheon's death, these characters were killed:

  • Stannis Baratheon
  • Renly Baratheon
  • Joffrey
  • Tommen

Who would be crowned king, or what would happen to the kingdom?"

my Aspect : Heir of Death

"I created this Aspect to focus on one thing only: the Death aspect of the Shadow God. Only death, in the sense of total annihilation of everything that exists. To be honest, this Aspect might be extremely powerful in combat—perhaps even the strongest in terms of lethality—but it is essentially useless for anything other than killing. It doesn't have versatile skills like Mordret's or Sunny's Aspects, nor does it possess the healing, destructive power, or immunity to Corruption that Nephis's Aspect has. This Aspect focuses solely on death and the stripping away of life."

Aspect Name: Heir of Death

Aspect Rank: Divine

Flaw: [Touch of Decay]

Flaw Description: Anything your hands touch withers and dies.

-----------------------

Innate Ability: [dead Body]

Description: You possess the properties of the dead.

Ability Explanation: In short, he does not need to breathe, eat, or sleep. He heals faster than normal and does not tire easily.

Dormant Ability: [Death Aura]

Description: Your blade is surrounded by a shadow that leaves nothing but death.

Ability Explanation: He possesses a type of darkness that can coat his blade or be thrown if condensed. This aura kills everything; it strikes the soul, the shadow, and the physical body.

Awakened Ability: [Eye of Necrosis]

Description: Your eyes bring nothing but ruin.

Ability Explanation: He can weaken his enemies using his eyes, as he can absorb life essence from them (not just spiritual essence, but life essence itself). For example, wherever he focuses, the area will wither. The intensity of the power depends on the amount of essence used.

Ascended Ability: [Sovereignty]

Description: Death submits to no one's will.

Ability Explanation: Simply put, it is similar to Nephis’s Ascended ability; it is passive and always active. Its function is to ignore the will of beings and prevent them from influencing the person. It is similar to the Soul Serpent's ability but stronger and more advanced. Honestly, it is considered broken, like Nephis’s immunity to Corruption.

Transcendent Transformation: [Shadow Wanderer]

Description: You are the incarnation of death and annihilation.

Transformation Explanation: When he transforms, he becomes a dead shadow with no life. He will become immortal because, in a sense, he will become the embodiment of Death itself.

Supreme Ability (Sovereign): [Grey World]

Description: Land of Annihilation.

Ability Explanation: When he activates his ability, a completely static grey world will spread where no life exists—only a grey color. In this world, all forms of life inside it will be significantly weakened because it is designed as a dead void.

Divine Lineages

-----------------the Lineages improved all aspects of a descendant's being, each also excelled in a specific area, which received a far greater augmentation than all the rest. The lineage of Sun God, for example, concerned the soul — it made Neph's soul far more resilient, while her essence was more potent and more plentiful... pure, powerful, and containing within itself boundless potential for both destruction and salvation.

The lineage of Beast God greatly enhanced his physical body. The lineage of Heart God greatly enhanced his spirit. The lineage of War God greatly enhanced his intellect and affinity for combat, while the lineage of Storm God enhanced his mystical senses, granting him incredible intuition and foresight.------------------

-Chapter 2996: Killer Instinct-

What would the Shadow God's lineage give?

What would happen if someone obtained the Divine lineage twice?

{I imagine in my fanfic that the mc will get the Shadow God lineage from his aspect legacy and will get it again from sunny aspect legacy.}
