She is so OP and with great design but my account will be drained afterwards for future characters, already 180 pulls for each Lukamar and Heshan they really drained me..

So what do you think, do I really need her ? Or SP Alexei will be better choice and solid character?

I don’t really know why people putting him on top tier list but it seems he is really so great and makes me think it is not a good choice to not get him

I really like the feeling when you decide to read something you don’t know anything about it and it turned out a pure gem.

I’m still in a midway but this manhwa attracted my attention successfully. I like the type of story which can touch your heart and not totally focus on mc only..

The art style not that so great but it was really good enough and served the story pretty well..

The mc is soooo cute and wholesome, just a kid who doesn’t know anything rather than treating patients. He is the perfect example of a pure kindness heart of human being and good doctor.
