I'm not entirely sure I need to, I haven't had any glaring issues with gamma. But it looks like stock is still getting updates where gamma is not. Is there instructions on how to switch?
My 477v should be arriving tomorrow. I bought a used one, the seller says they wiped before shipping. I'm wondering if I should put Gamma on it as soon as I get it or not.
This is my first android device and am a little overwhelmed by how much set up between systems and everything there might be. Gamma apparently takes care of a lot of that?
I tried researching but found conflicting views. Most people praising Gamma. Some saying stock was just as good if not better. Some reports that Gamma killed battery faster.
Everything I found was from 5 months ago though seems like info on this device has gone quiet or I just didn't know where to look. I was going to post this on Anbernic sub but saw this pop up as suggested just before I did.
