Battery drain question
Hi! I'm in the market for a vertical retro hand held.
What I want it for:
-Couch playing, portability is not important
-Retro games such as GB, GBA, NES, SNES, Megadrive/Genesis, maybe some NDS playable with one screen only. My interest in Gamecube, PSX, PS2, Wii, is much less, I don't really need those platforms. I prefer 2D games.
-Screen size as big as possible.
-Pick up and play instantly resuming the game is a must, I would like it to have a good battery life while being in standby.
My candidates so far are:
-Anbernic RG477V (overkill for SNES and so, but I like the big nice screen, and I dislike a bit the frontal glass)
-Trimui Brick Pro (I love the looks, especially the white one)
-Mangmi Air Y
Is there any RG477V owner who can tell me, how does this handheld do, regarding battery drain while in standby mode? With wifi and bluetooth off, playing maybe just a bit the weekends, would it stay charged for a couple weeks maybe?
Another question: I really like the RG477V in black color, and don't really like the grey on it. Is black really that smudgy? Is it worth getting a color you don't like (gray) but it being less smudgy?
Any advice or suggestion is appreciated.
