I am renting out my 2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Lakewood.
It is on the ground level and is a ranch style condo with a front door and back door, both of which have covered patios, back patio has storage.

No stairs and drive up access. (Honestly amazing for unloading groceries or anything else)

It is about a block from the Lamar station so access to downtown or golden is quick and easy.

It has a swamp cooler that we will come set up / winterize or for you depending on the seasons. It works extremely well and keeps the condo very cool in the summer without drying everything out.

Pet friendly! 🐾 (the back patio is set up as a catio currently, but we could remove this upon request.)

There is room for a personal garden in the private court yard if you are into that sort of thing, if not they do have a landscaping company so not something you have to worry about unless you want to.

This condo has been amazing for me for many years of my life, was perfect for attending school at Metro / Auraria campus.

$1600 a month, water heat trash included.
