[Routine help] Not sure how to get rid of my acne

I’m in my mid-20s and have never really experienced acne or many issues with my skin until now. I’m not sure what has changed but I’ve developed these tiny little white heads and black heads primarily on my forehead, jawline, and cheekbones. I did some research and changed up my routine about a month ago but it hasn’t helped:
AM: wash face with just water, la Roche posay toleraine sensitive fluid
PM: cerave foaming facial cleanser, Paula’s choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant, pond’s dry skin cream

Does anyone have any recommendations for me?

EDIT: I do not think it’s fungal acne on my forehead or cheeks, just because it’s not itchy, they’re not uniform bumps, and they do have either black or white heads to them. I also haven’t changed anything in my routine, diet, lifestyle within the time that I started getting this acne. I really am at a loss and feeling really down about it. If anyone has experienced anything similar I’d love to hear what helped.

Scheduling Interview

I’m interviewing for the following position: Global Banking & Markets Operations - Gas & Power Logistics - Natural Gas Scheduling - Associate

They say the interview is going to take 2 hours. Any tips, things I should brush up on, or emphasize in the interview? Also any information on what sort of questions I might be asked in a 2 hour interview?

What is an Appropriate Raise?

I’ve been working in data analytics as an analyst at a company for about 2 years including my summer student position (so 1 year full time). I have my Master’s in data analytics. I currently make about $80k and I just got approved for a promotion to a senior analyst with a pay raise. My company is asking me to fill out a form for an “internal transfer” and it asks me to put my expected salary range. I just don’t know what a reasonable raise amount is. I saw a job posting for a senior analyst at my company a few months ago and the salary range was above $100k. Is $90k+ an appropriate range to put down?

Concerning Mold Test?

I have been suspecting that there is mold in the ceiling of my bedroom so I bought an at-home mold test from Amazon. I left a Petri dish open in my room sort of underneath where I think the mold is originating from and after about a week, this is what the petri dish looks like. Can anyone tell me if the results are that bad?

I’m going to do another test where I swab the area I think the mold is coming from and see if the results are any different.
