Help!
I have had a standard starlink at home for years, and its been great.
I won a starlink mini at work in a raffle contest, and went to activate it and apparently it is tied to an existing account. I made a ticket and they are asking for proof of purchase, which I don't have because I work for a large company and don't know who bought it. Is there anything else I can do?? It was brand new in the box never opened, and i feel like they should be able to fix it but I'm not sure.
