Would food stalls/food trucks use a free QR-based digital menu/profile system?
Hey everyone,
I’m validating a small idea focused mainly on street food stalls, food trucks, cafés, kiosks, and small local food vendors.
The idea is simple:
A vendor gets:
a QR code
a mobile-friendly digital menu/profile
easy setup in a few minutes
ability to customize their page
menu item photos, pricing, timings, etc.
Customers can simply:
scan the QR
instantly see the menu/profile on their phone
Future ideas/features:
suggesting nearby stalls/vendors
local food discovery
trending nearby food spots
customizable vendor pages/themes
The goal is to make something super lightweight and easy for small vendors who currently use:
posters
flex banners
handwritten menus
WhatsApp images
A few things I’m trying to validate:
Would customers actually scan QR menus at food stalls?
Would vendors care enough to set this up?
