Trading JD D140 for JD Z225?

Howdy!

I have the opportunity to trade my parents' JD Z225 (360 hours) in exchange for my JD D140 (231 hours). I'm strongly considering it as I prefer a zero turn and the D140 is painfully slow.
In the last year, the amount of grass they cut has tripled, so they have upgraded to a commercial zero-turn with a 60" deck. They're interested in my D140 to pull their utility cart and grass sweeper since they now have two zero turns.

My cutting area is approximately 1.75 acres of flat land. I do have a steep bank along the road that I won't be able to handle with the zero turn, so I'd be back to string trimming or push-mowing it, but I only touch it every 2 or 3 cuts. I'm thinking time saved/lost on the bank is moot, given the faster cutting time with a zero turn. With the Z225 I'd also lose the ability to pull my utility cart around, but I only use it a handful of times annually. If I decided to take the Z, I may just keep an eye on marketplace for a cheap old lawn tractor for my landscaping needs?

So, I'm coming to y'all for advice because I know the Z225 isn't the greatest mower, but neither is the D140. Given my cutting area and the circumstances of the trade, what would you do?
