Help me to choose the right bike for me please!

I have recently learnt how to ride a bike and I am planning to buy one of my own soon. So I learned on a Splendor and currently I have rented a Pulsar 150 Neon(BS6) for one month to practice my riding. I am doing well but I still feel like it require frequent gear change between 2,3 and sometimes 1 and 4(bear with me, I am a newbie)

I plan on buying a bike in 350 cc segment.

What I am looking for:

- Bike good for 70% city ride and 30% highway rides

- Less frequent gear changes which will make my city ride easy

- Good brakes(Dual channel ABS), traction control, Assist and slipper clutch for easy of ride - This are some terms I heard a lot and did understand. Please feel free to add some features which are useful.

- Slightly beginner friendly. I know that some of the bike options will definitely be intimidating for a beginner but I hope that with some practice and getting used to, I will be able to be comfortable in it. I do not want to miss out on a good bike like speed 400 or CB350RS just because they are aggressive or too much for a newbie.

Which bikes I have considered after reading their reviews and online instagram post and stuff:

- Triumph Speed 400

- Honda CB350RS

- Royal Enfield Hunter 350

I haven't test-driven any of them and I will of course start doing that soon and choose the one that I find the most comfortable but I still want input from the experienced folks here.

Questions:

- Please help me out as to what all things I should consider while buying a bike

- Feedback from the folks driving these bikes mentioned above.

- Please also suggest other options that I can consider apart from the above ones
