USDC Promotion to Solution Architect - Expected Base Increase % + AIP Insights?

Getting promoted from Senior Solutions Specialist → Solution Architect in USDC this cycle. Current base is $151k.

Ratings were:
Client: Exceptional
Leadership: Above Expectations
Firm Contribution: Above Expectations
Metrics: Above Expectations

Curious what kind of annual base increase % and AIP % I can realistically expect in USDC with this combination of promotion + ratings.
Would especially appreciate insights from current/past USDC managers, architects, or anyone who went through a similar promotion cycle recently.

Hi everyone, Im promoted from Consultant to Senior Consultant this year. With the new talent alignment model just introduced, I had a quick question. I’m seeing role names like “Associate Engineer III” instead of “Engineer III.” Will this change have any impact on compensation (salary, bonus, or bands) for those who were promoted this year? Just trying to understand if the new role mapping affects anything.
